No. 50 Strong is designed for all fitness levels. Every workout can be scaled, and our coaches will meet you where you are while still challenging you appropriately.

You can attend up to 4 workouts per week. Consistency is encouraged, but you choose the days and times that work best for your schedule.

You’ll have access to Bootcamp and Kickboxing classes that focus on:

Strength training

Conditioning

Functional movement

Building physical and mental resilience

We offer a robust schedule with 30+ classes per week, giving you plenty of flexibility. You’ll get access to the Struck Fitness App, where you can:

Schedule and manage all your classes

Absolutely. No experience is required. Our coaches will teach proper technique, provide modifications, and help you progress safely and confidently.

50 Strong is a strength and resilience program. Many participants lose body fat and see positive body composition changes, but the primary goal is to build strength, consistency, and confidence.

We use InBody scans to track real progress beyond the scale.

The program officially begins January 12. You’ll receive all program details after signing up.

You’re not required to work out every single day. The goal is consistent effort over 50 days, with up to 4 coached workouts per week.
