We are currently offering over 100 classes each month to fit into your busy schedule. Many of our clients enjoy 3 classes a week membership that includes nutrition plans, accountability, and weekly calls to action. Our programs are designed to meet all levels and with scream-free motivators and a supportive, inclusive environment. The fast-paced, ever-changing circuit of strength and cardio exercises keeps bodies guessing and minds from becoming bored.




Our Jr Boot Camp program is developed specifically for child athletes and is always scalable based on your kid’s ability.

Do you want your Middle Schooler to be more active? Or feel more confident in themselves and their athletic ability?

Do they want to improve their athletic ability? Do you want them to have an edge in their sport? 

Whatever your reason – or theirs- we offer them a chance to work out like adults in a safe environment that’s full of positive reinforcement.

  1. We program work-outs disguised as games, that will bring out their competitive edge. We help them build confidence in who they are and what they can accomplish.
  2. We focus on helping them to get stronger for team sports or other activities. 
  3. They will train hard and learn it’s OK to make mistakes, it’s ok to NOT be the fastest, it's OK NOT to be perfect, but it’s NOT OK to quit or give up.


Junior Bootcamp is meant to be BIG fun and challenging for all ages. Broad-Inclusive-General fun.   We recognize that not all kids can excel in team sports but that doesn’t mean they aren’t athletes at heart. This program gives them the chance to discover true strength, power, and speed in a non-competitive environment. 









We can't promise it will be easy- We can promise it will be worth it!

But we do commit to giving you the strongest possible base with our proven, science-backed strength training programs. Progress may seem slow at first, but that is all part of our master plan.

We currently offer a Beginner program because we recognize that not everyone is ready to jump in at the more intense level. With a small group orientation class, and low-impact modifications that let you work on balance, strength, flexibility. You will build confidence & endurance so that you can level up to the Regular Bootcamp workouts at your pace. New 4-week sessions start each month!


Little Black Dress Project

4 Week program that makes tremendous changes not only in how we look … but also in how we feel. This is NOT just a 4-week “quick-fix” transformation challenge. We help revamp your body from the inside out, mind, body and spirit. And it’s going to be fun! You get a 4 week nutrition plan, full recipe guide and shopping lists plus 3 workouts a week . You’ll notice more energy, glowing skin AND a more positive mood within the first week. We’re also going to address mindset issues to help you create lifelong healthy habits. We celebrate each other's wins with a night out on the town in our Little Black Dresses. You will feel awesome about how you look in your little black dress for years to come! We run these challenges only twice a year, so don't miss out!

If you answered yes to most of these questions then maybe you should consider the Struck fitness Trainer Intern Program. 


We are currently looking for 3 substitute coaches to help fill in in case of illness, planned time off, and class expansion due to increased membership. No coaching experience is needed. Our 3-month intern program and mentorship will teach you everything you need to know.



  • You must have or be pursuing a personal training certification (We can provide references and more info about this, you can start the internship and the certification program at the same time.) 
  • You must be available to fill in early morning, evening and weekend classes (Sundays mornings too) This is not every week- could be just once or twice a month. 
  • You have to be willing to let your personality shine and be confident enough to demonstrate proper form and correct members. 
  • You have to have a good sense of humor and be able to laugh at yourself and your mistakes. 
  • You have to be coachable yourself, take feedback, and apply it towards your coaching and training.  
  • You have to be willing to sign a non-compete agreement. 
  • You must be willing to follow our health and safety practices.
  • You must be CPR & AED certified. 
  • You have to have good taste in music. 
  • You have to be willing to spend 1-2 hours a month in training and gym meetings. 
  • You must be able to demonstrate 90% of our exercises without modifying. 
  • You must be punctual.
